Products

Our products include health mixes, soup mixes and herbal personal-care items such as soaps. Colour, texture and taste may vary slightly between batches. Product images are for reference.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.

Orders

An order is confirmed only after successful payment. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or the delivery address is not serviceable; in that case the full amount is refunded.

Health note

Our food products are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you are pregnant, nursing, have allergies or take medication, please consult your doctor before use. Check the ingredient list on each product for allergens. For soaps, do a small patch test before first use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to deliver your order: name, mobile number, email (optional) and delivery address.

• We use your details only to process, deliver and update you about your order (including via WhatsApp/SMS/call).
• Payment details are handled directly by Razorpay under their own privacy policy; we never see your full card or bank details.
• We share your address and phone only with our courier partner for delivery.
• We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
• Your cart and saved address are kept on your own device (browser storage) for convenience; you can clear them anytime.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us on WhatsApp or phone with your Order ID. The full amount will be refunded.

Returns

Because these are food and personal-care products, opened items cannot be returned.

Damaged / wrong item

If you receive a damaged, leaking or wrong product, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or give a full refund for that item.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. The time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

• We ship across India through reliable courier partners.
• Orders are packed fresh and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• Delivery time: Salem 1–2 days, Tamil Nadu 2–4 days, other states 4–7 days after dispatch.
• Delivery charges (if any) and the free-delivery limit are shown in the cart before you pay.
• Tracking details are shared on WhatsApp/SMS once shipped.
• Delays due to weather, strikes or courier issues are rare but possible; we will keep you informed.
