MCAS ENTERPRISES (“we”, “us”) builds mobile apps and websites. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us, such as your name and mobile number when you create an account or contact us. Information collected automatically, such as app usage, device type and crash data. Payment details are handled by our payment partner Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
3. How we use information
To create and secure your account (including OTP verification), to provide and improve our apps, to process payments and support requests, to send important service messages, and to meet legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our services, such as Google Firebase (login, database, hosting) and Razorpay (payments), and when required by law.
5. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your account and data by emailing us from your registered contact; we will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may withdraw consent where applicable, by contacting us.
8. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
