Paid features are priced in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for refunds.
5. Intellectual property
All logos, designs, software and content belong to MCAS ENTERPRISES or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
6. Disclaimer and liability
Our services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the services.
7. Termination
We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated. You may stop using our services at any time.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Salem, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
